If we can achieve our goal of helping our Stan Ambassadors see success in their own businesses, then they also authentically can share their story with their audience and refer thousands of Creators to Stan every month.
As we eye becoming a billion $ company - we know that we need to get intentional about scaling our referral flywheel, not just from within our existing Creator base already loving our product and referring others, but by bringing the best influencers over to Stan to do the same.
We’re looking for a leader experienced in building a pipeline- cultivating relationships through incredibly thoughtful outreach, landing top talent to use our product and ultimately refer their audience/communities to do the same.
